$250 Award for a Business Name

We are an existing home inspection company that has been very successful in Virginia, DC and Maryland. We are looking to start expanding to other states, possibly selling franchises. The problem is our current name is a common name, and we are finding that there are established inspection companies with our name in other areas already. We currently are named "Excel Inspections", please see our website at http://www.excelyourinspection.com to see our current look at name / slogan. Basically I am looking to re-brand the company, and come up with a new name that is UNIQUE, catchy, easy to spell, memorable and powerful. Something that we won't have an issue with other companies already having the same name. Our current trademarked slogans are "Move into Confidence" and "Professional Property Inspections Start Here". We are a mutli inspector firm that offers Home Inspections, Radon Testing, Leak detection with Thermal Imaging Infrared Cameras, Indoor Air Quality Testing, Sewer Line Video Inspections, Etc. - everything related to inspecting a home (or commercial building). It would be amazing if the new name was able to be tied into our old name (excel inspections) some how, but NOT required (it can be completely new and unique).
