We are looking to create an alcoholic kombucha brand conceived and formulated in California but produced and bottled in Austria using water from the Austrian Alps and organic teas and raw materials from the region. Our alcoholic kombucha will be the highest quality, craft artisanal, with a 7% ABV, and a crisp dry champagne taste. We are looking for a name that reflects a sophisticated but classic / cool vibe that still feels raw, handmade and chill. Interested in both German and English names as the brand comes from both locales - Southern California and Austria.
