We are opening a new restaurant concept that is bringing the Vegan menu to the masses. Our venue is about 2200 sq ft not including another 800 sq ft patio. We will have a price point of between $8-$19 and offer a shared menu with a la carte options. We will be offering a very strong drink component as well. We have approx 100 seats inside with another 50 on the patio. Our location is in a high traffic area with mid to high-class families. We are looking to make this franchisable but do NOT want the word Vegan in the name.

We are hoping to receive a name that is a little more hip and trendy than traditional. Like using GRO instead of GROW.
