We are rebranding a real estate development project. The current name is Moderna 9 https://www.themoderna9.com and we are looking for something similar that will attract young professionals and portray the modern feel we are going for with the interior and exterior finishes and facade. The location is in the East Kensington Neighborhood of Philadelphia which is right on the border with the Northern Liberties(better connotation of neighborhood) section of Philadelphia.
