(the Company) extracts crude oil and water from waste material disposed of by energy companies into waste ponds, wells or tanks. The resulting environmental issues and liability for the disposal sites create an opportunity for a venture that processes the waste, at no cost to the disposal site, and sells the resulting crude oil on the open market. Although energy companies encourage their operators to skim and centrifuge most of their waste material before disposal, the remaining emulsion still contains between 20 and 50% crude oil. These remnants are then trucked to waste disposal sites and deposited for long periods of time. The Company sees a tremendous financial opportunity in applying its proven proprietary chemicals and process to separate oil-based waste products that producers and drillers are currently expending significant resources to dispose. As the Company's name implies, the business model is based on converting a waste product, that companies pay to dispose of, into a valuable, sought-after commodity.
