Health and Performance Coaching. I run small groups of 10-15 where people work together to unlock the best versions of themselves. Through Nutrition, Activity, Lifestyle, Recovery we help cultivate new healthy behaviors as we create positive psychology and take small steps towards our goals. We provide a container of accountability so that new routines and habits become anchored intones life. The demographic is mostly men from ages 35-65. The initial program is set up like a 10 week challenge. There is also a corporate practice where challenges are provided for large companies as we include professional development alongside our traditional program. My background has been in being a sports agent. I always provided a concierge type service to clients and now bring that to my new business. I do consider myself a "change agent" or "agent of change" and would like that to be art of the name. A lot of clients call me Coach Danny.
