Our business healthy gourmet fish & chips. Our point of differentiation is freshnes and healthier cooking methods, our product is mainly fresh fish, offered in a variety of healthy combinations including salads or stir fried vegies, steamed rice, we cook using very little oil. We want the name to relate /reference the healthy nature of our business and our product fish, typically fish and chips is not seen as healthy but our cooking methods completely contradict the typical consumers perception.
