We are a fast-casual restaurant featuring non-traditional Asian-inspired "burritos" (wrapped in Nori, Romaine or Chard) and salads along with juices and smoothies. The emphasis is on bold flavors, super foods and synergistic combinations of ingredients that will improve your vitality. Think sushi meets Chipotle meets health food. Key aspects of the concept include fresh organic produce and products, sustainability, and minimizing the carbon footprint on the earth. The building and décor will be contemporary; yet environmental as we will be using reclaimed materials and natural materials. Our target market: College Students; Hip/Young Urbanites/Yogis; and Healthy Eaters/Fitness Enthusiasts. May 11 Update: The restaurant is not entirely vegan or vegetarian - some wraps will include meat or fish.
