We are a software product that helps companies manage their customers that are in a subscription. Our product allows people to login and: change their address, update payment info, refer their friends, check on shipping and cancel their accounts. This platform automates customer service and allows companies to automatically upsell their customers that are choosing to cancel. Because customers can cancel themselves and manage their own account it dramatically drops customer service costs and our auto upsell cancelation service increases life time value / revenue that you would have lost. We were going to call this "account center" but the URL was already taken. That being said we need a name.
