The company being formed is a venture capital fund investing specifically in financial services, and financial technology services. In the name, either 'Partners' or "Capital" can be used. However, the word 'Fund' cannot be in the name. The term 'FinTech' could be used, but our strong preference is to exclude this term from the name.
