We are launching a software product that will be used in the Facilities Services Management of commercial buildings. If a customer has a need, such as a plumbing problem, drain leaking, then they can go online with the software and place a work order and have a contractor dispatched to repair the problem. This can be used for any number of issues within a facility. The idea is one software login to solve all the problems. We then provide one contact number and one invoice each month for all services and repairs. The software will also be effective on multi location business, because it has report capabilities for all locations.
