We are Australia based business consultants. Our core market is trades and services for e.g. Plumbers, electricians, and builders, mainly in the maintenance and repairs sector NOT in new construction. We do work outside of this space but it only accounts for 10%.
We assist companies in creating business processes, (business process architecture) creating positive and effective cultures through Leadership and Management training. We also offer personal and professional development training.
We work one on one with business owners and key personal. We also carry out group sessions and group training with teams as large as 40 in a single session.
We have another brand already trading just for sales training called "Trained to Sell" that brand will continue to exist and come under the new name as a sub brand.
