We are a managed real estate marketplace focused on long-term (1+ year) residential rentals. Our mission is to enable tenants to find the most suitable home at the best price and help owners to earn more, effortlessly by employing the latest technologies and eliminating hassles involved in the renting process. Managed means that we have our own internal agents that will serve each potential tenant. We might expand into other real estate segments such as residential buying & selling, property management, property refurbishment, etc. Thus, we don't want to have a name that is limiting us to rent. We are looking for a fictional name that is easily pronounced, spelt and remembered and where we can buy the ".com" for less than USD 5k.
