My business produces and sells the most famous street food in Central Europe, the Kurtos, a pastry item that is sweet, cylindrical, and baked in a rotisserie oven until the sugar on the outside forms a golden brown caramelized crust. It is baked in front of the customer and served steaming fresh, as the steam still rises through the cylindrical pastry. The pastry can be rolled in cinnamon, coconut, walnut, butterfinger, etc, and can be packaged in small cellophane bags, as well.
