We are starting a gourmet meal prep company that caters to affluent suburban individuals (busy mom's especially) who are willing to pay for quality and flavor but want to eat healthy. The company will have retail locations where people can pick-up microwavable meals and we will also offer door dash delivery locally. While we may offer some organic options or keto friendly meals, we will not pigeon-hole ourselves into being only low-carb, organic, keto, etc... Our previous experience as business owners is in high-touch and premier customer service ventures. In short, this company will combine premium food choices with incredible culture and value added suggestions in the locations. For example, instead of having a chicken and rice meal with cajun seasoning we might create a "healthy slow roasted chicken jambalaya with harissa peppers over a base of farro." In short, we are creating a premium experience that is also healthy.
