The app will enable personal heath record tracking for individuals and family groups. Records include their past medical history, biographic details. Key features include: upcoming appointment tracking, post appointment patient notes (voice, text, image etc.), capture dental records, eye records, immunization tracking etc. The main purpose is for members to be aware of their health and have their entire medical history available to them in a few taps. The app will also have Artificial Intelligence technology to provide proactive guidance/recommendations to members based on the data that they provided - and in effect be a trusted partner in future health decisions. For families - the app will allow storing the history of each of the children and other family members separately. The app will also allow tracking for family pets like dogs, cats etc.
