menu will lean a little toward fresh Tex-Mex / Cali-Mex (fresh tacos, bowls, etc), but will still have many traditional things such as pizza, burgers, steak, wings etc.
All food will be of the highest quality and fresh.
Restaurant will have an upscale and trendy vibe as far as interior and menu. Will have outdoor seating, fire pits, casual seating (couches).
Upscale bars on both 1st and 2nd floor with high end alcohol selections.
Restaurant will be located in a high visibility, high traffic location in front of a mall.
Do not want a name that lumps us into the traditional Mexican restaurant category, as that is not what our concept is.
