Residential property management company located in Georgia USA (mostly the northern part) that works with homeowners to rent out their second homes as a short term vacation rental. My company would handle the listings on sites such as AirBnB and VRBO as well as handle all the logistics around the rental such as communicating with renters, cleaning services, landscape services, checking for damage, keeping homes with adequate supplies, reporting to Owner of the home...basically a turn key service to handle renting the home. The success of the business will depend on a personal touch, responsiveness, professionalism and a show of Southern Hospitality. Would like the name to reflect those characteristics.
