I'm creating a 'Paleo' energy bar made entirely of Paleo ingredients. I previously came up with Paleo Power Bar, but I think this will too closely resemble PowerBar. The Paleo energy bar will resemble the Paleo diet, inspire fresh ingredients, gluten free nutrition, and appeal heavily to those involved with CrossFit.
