$100 Award for a Product Name

We are looking for a name for a very high quality, high-end maple syrup, harvested and processed in a small town in northern Wisconsin. It is very pure maple syrup, and no short-cuts are taken during it's production. The first name suggested was "Purely Maple." This is just too generic and doesn't give the hand-crafted, "authentic" personality the product requires.
