We help make businesses more efficient, save them money and make their teams work better together. We offer a full range of work force management tools including: 1) real time pre approval of staff costs against budget by department 2) demand management 3) bio metrics - including a fully automated auto matching system which matches finger print logins against the rota based on pre agreed rules We also offer an e learning platform integrated into our Work Force Management tools. We handle customers with thousands of employees and staff budgets measured in $100's of millions as well as smaller companies with 50 staff. We make sure that payroll is 100% accurate and that staff are always in the right place at the right time We started in 2009 and we were supplying shops but as our business has grown the brand is not really explaining our business to new clients
