Fast-casual restaurant that focuses on charcoal grilling for all menu items. The main (and only) protein will be chicken, in which we've developed a unique sauce coupled with the charcoal grill finishing.
This is an upscale fast-casual restaurant, where customers will be greeted with the faint aroma of a backyard charcoal grill.
We don't want the word 'BIRD', 'CHICKEN' or 'HEN' in the name, but it should convey chicken somehow (not kitschy) while incorporating the charcoal. Also, this is not BBQ, but charcoal grilling, so no BBQ in name.
Name should be serious (not quirky) , two words or one word is fine.
