The current name is Moderna 9 https://www.themoderna9.com and we are looking for something similar that will attract young professionals and portray the modern feel we are going for with the interior and exterior finishes and facade. The location is in the East Kensington Neighborhood of Philadelphia which is right on the border with the Northern Liberties(better connotation of neighborhood) section of Philadelphia.
We will be launching a line of apparel (socks, t-shirts and underwear) that will have an inherent moisture-wicking/moisture-management benefit to the fabric.
