We are a 4th generation family owned independent insurance agency established in 1940. We focus in property and casualty insurance (no health insurance). We are located in south central PA. Our legal agency name is currently "Richard S Miller, Inc". Richard has been retired for 40+ years. We colloquially go by "Miller Insurance Agency" and have good name recognition in the community. As a result I do not want to abandon the use of "Miller". However, being that Miller is such a common name we cannot file for use of that fictitious name because it is already in use in PA. The following names also not permitted as they are in use: Miller Insurance Miller Insurance Agency Miller Insurance Associates Miller Insurance Group Miller Insurance Services Miller Insurance & Financial Services
