Generation limits
Free-tier workspaces enforce caps on naming generations and shortlist commits. Unlock Shortlist Pack or eligible entitlements to raise limits—see Upgrades.
Watermarks
Guided logo previews may be watermarked until you purchase Logo Kit or meet entitlement rules described in Logo directions and guided logo.
Refunds
Refund eligibility follows Stripe, registrar, and NamingForce policies for the SKU you purchased. Provide checkout_session_id when contacting support.
Something looks wrong after checkout
Ensure you returned from Stripe with checkout_session_id present. Refresh the workspace or sign out and back in before opening a ticket.
