overview
What a NamingForce contest is, what clients receive, and how the experience differs from AI Studio.
What is a contest?
A contest is a structured naming project. You publish a brief, creators submit ideas, and you choose a winner according to the contest rules and timeline. NamingForce provides the workflow for submissions, communication, and (where applicable) payments and NDAs.
Clients vs namers
- Clients (this section) launch contests, review work, and declare a winner.
- Namers participate from their own home experience—see Contests for namers.
Not the same as AI Studio
AI Studio is a private workspace for AI-assisted naming and launch steps. Contests are community-driven and follow contest phases. Compare both in Crowdsourced contests vs AI Studio.
Typical flow
- Complete onboarding and create a contest with a clear brief.
- Manage submissions, filter, and chat with creators as enabled.
- Declare a winner and complete any payment or handoff steps.
