What NamingForce may email you about contests, AI Studio, and account activity.
Email you may receive
Depending on your activity, NamingForce can send messages about:
- Contests — invitations, phase changes, submission activity, winner announcements, or billing-related notices tied to contests.
- AI Studio — workspace updates, checkout completion, or entitlement changes when configured.
- Account — security alerts, password resets, and receipts.
In-app notifications
Some areas of the product show in-app alerts or notification centers. Preferences may be configurable per account; check Settings for toggles when available.
Reducing noise
Use role-appropriate accounts: clients and namers receive different updates. Unsubscribe links on marketing email may be separate from transactional contest or billing messages.
